No one is to question the concious intentions, the consequences of the bully, and its most defiant tool: fear. The bully wants to begin his malicious tour by scaring the other.
A temperamental is only concerned with his voice which can be so cruel that it thurts, causing fear. His often unmovable sense of what is right blocks how he sees those aoround him, with no awareness of even the consequences of his outbursts.
Bullies are everywhere. Temperamental are also everywhere. The mixture of both in one person is rare, but when one is found, a walking lethal combination of explosive qualities will leave their mark.
