The young man was very concerned with being competent and efficient, but was not able to realize, that the client in front of him had enough years and experiences on his back, body, brains, heart that would serve to make a quick decision: "Either I sign the papers now or I pee on my pants", so he got-up and left real fast to the toilet in the government’s office that provides services on health plans, social security and issues related to the treatment of old people.
